1 What before job hunting?????????

About 14 lacks of students and trainees pass out from various education institutions, But there exist less than 4 lack job vacancies. Thus numbers of unemployed people are increasing day by day.

Our education system is not capable of giving adequate awareness to improve their employability skill. Today even after completion of higher education people are working for low salary because many of them don’t have required academic grade.

• Choose right Education, Training, and Internship

  You must be focused. You should determine your future profession with at most care, deliberation, reasoning & insight in your aptitude. Choosing the right road and right moment is vital to success. Your ambition and desire should match your abilities & aptitude. You can consult elders, teachers, expert councilors and guides before selecting profession.

• There is a goal setting experience namely SWOT analysis

S- strength,
W- weakness,
O-opportunity
T- threats.
Take a paper and write down each, one by one. Then define your goals , sure you will succeed in your life. Education, Training, and Internship must be related with each other. You can also choose your profession based on job opportunities and scope.

Now you are a job seeker with good Education and Training, Do you think so????
You must think so. If you don’t believe your self who can believe you?.----Believe yourself

Think positively---- Only positive people can succeed in this world. Don’t discuss any matter with negative people. Find positive people from your aria and spent more time with them .
